Delays & Service Issues

Transportation delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, road restrictions, strikes, government regulations, or unexpected operational issues.

While we try to maintain timely delivery schedules, compensation or refunds may not apply for delays caused by external factors beyond company control.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup addresses, destination details, item information, building permissions, parking arrangements, and moving schedules.
